We’ll capture a few classic family portraits before letting the kids explore, play and show off the personalities you want to remember.
Fall photos without the pressure
Family photos with younger children can feel unpredictable. Someone might be shy, distracted, energetic or suddenly decide they want nothing to do with the camera.
That’s okay.
Your children are not expected to perform for me. I’ll gently guide your family while giving your kids room to move, play and become comfortable. The goal isn’t to force twenty minutes of perfect smiles, it’s to create a relaxed experience where genuine connection can happen naturally.
Short enough for little attention spans
Twenty minutes gives us enough time to capture a variety of photographs without asking younger children to stay engaged for an entire hour.
A mix of classic and candid photos
We’ll begin with a few classic poses, smiling-at-the-camera photos everyone loves to frame. Then we’ll add movement, playful prompts and natural interactions.
No need to know how to pose
You don’t have to arrive with a Pinterest board or practise poses beforehand. I’ll guide you through the entire session so you always know what to do.
An activity your family can enjoy
Willowbank U-Pick offers plenty for children to explore before or after your session. Come for your photos and turn the afternoon into a family fall outing.
Photographs that still feel like you
My editing style uses natural, true-to-life colour so your photos feel warm and polished without looking heavily filtered or overly edited.
What’s included in your pumpkin patch mini Investment?
Your mini session’s $149 investment includes:
• A 20-minute family photography session
• A pumpkin patch setting at Willowbank U-Pick
• Classic family portraits and candid interactions
• 20 professionally edited images
• A private online gallery delivered through Pixieset
• A location and session-preparation guide
• Personal printing rights
• The option to purchase additional favourites
Pumpkin patch minis are best suited to immediate families with younger children, especially children around eight years old and under.
Available Times:
This is my only pumpkin patch mini session date of the season, and once the available times are gone, they’re gone until next year.
Reserve your preferred time before it’s booked. There is no additional farm admission charge to attend your photography session. Pumpkins, produce and any other items you choose to purchase are paid for separately through Willowbank U-Pick.

** If rain is expected October 4th, the rain date of October 10th will be applied. If bad weather persists, other arrangements will be made for an additional date or your deposit maybe applied to another mini session of your choice.

Please note that time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis until your retainer has been received.
How Booking Works
1. Select your preferred time
Complete the booking form and choose from the available session times. Appointments are first-come, first-served.
2. Make it official
You’ll receive your contract and invoice by email. Your session is reserved once the contract is signed and the 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid.
3. Prepare without overthinking it
Before your session, I’ll send the important details you need, including where to meet and how to prepare. You’re always welcome to reach out if you need help choosing outfits.
4. Come ready to have fun
We’ll begin with a few traditional family portraits before moving into playful prompts and natural moments. I’ll guide you, but your family’s connection and personality will lead the session.
5. Receive your finished gallery
Your 20 edited images will be delivered in a private Pixieset gallery, with high-resolution downloads for printing and web-sized copies for social media.
What makes these sessions different?
I don’t expect young children to stand still and smile on command for an entire session. My approach combines simple guidance with space for your family to interact naturally.
Your child can be playful, curious, cuddly, cautious or full of energy. Those little personality traits are part of what makes this time worth remembering.
